Customer’s are asked to inform Timeshares Only in writing every 12 months if they wish to continue their ad.

Timeshares Only consultants may assist you with pricing your timeshare, however any pricing that’s discussed is only a representative of the average asking price for similar vacation properties currently being advertising on our network.  The pricing offered by our consultants is only a suggestion, it is not a CMA (Comparative Market Analysis) since we do not participate in real estate activities.

Timeshares Only offers a 3-day ad cancellation policy that will refund your advertising fee if submitted before the 3rd of the day of the ad placement.  If you cancel after the 3rd day,  we will not be able to provide a refund. Please note that if you cancel your ad and wish re-instate your ad, your original advertising fee will allow us to place the ad back on our network.
